Alex Edwards Steve Forrester
Alex Edwards plays Steve Forrester, the man who seeks out the services of Jack Trowel with a simple case of uncovering his wife's infidelity, but things are never as simple as they look and Forrester may not have revealed everything to the Private Eye.
Alex keeps busy on stage and screen with credentials built up from the British Independent scene working with high profile industry individuals including Yousaf Ali Khan (BAFTA nominated director) and more recently the actress Natalie Press (My Summer of Love). He has worked opposite Atta Yaqub (Ae Fond Kiss, Ken Loach) for a new UK Film Council short (New Cinema Fund) called "Explosions" which was screened in the London Film Festival (2006).

- Lead role 'Taki' in the controversial director Michael Papas's latest Super 35mm Feature Film called Secret Paths shot in Cyprus. This is a stylized film (similar to David Lynch) about an artist's love story which will be entered into the next Venice and Cannes Festivals.
- 2007 release of "In the Name of God" (aka "Khuda Ke Liye") to every major cinema in Pakistan has finally come to the UK. Alex stars in this controversial and highly acclaimed movie along side Naseeruddin Shah amongst others.
