The Music Video is now been uploaded as have a few new biogs.

Psychic Cat Productions have launched their website to promote "Detective Story".

January 2008
A final schedule has been drawn for the completion of the sound mix and grading. We are now looking at a March release date.

January 2008
Although it is a film noir, there are a few FX shots in the film. These have recently been complied by writer / director and digital effects Robb Pratten. Rob and Matt (as editor) have collaborated before on two feature films, London Voodoo and most recently Mindflesh.

December 2007
With Tom Hodges' excellent original score coming in the final stages of the film can take place.

November 2007
Earlier this year Clare McCarthy re-recorded the film's song. Two versions were recorded, one for performance in the Flaming O and one for the end credits which you can download here. The Lyrics were written by Matthew Jessee, the original music was composed by Lloyd Morris with addtional instrumentalisation by the film's composer Tom Hodge.

October 2007
The new scene proved to be quite the challenge to edit, from almost 40 minutes of film only few seconds were selected for this crucial scene which builds towards the climax of the film.

August 2007
After looking at the latest cut of the film Matt and Graham decided the film was missing a key scene. Unlike previous the previous re-shoot, this was a brand new scene. A skeleton crew reunited for the late night shoot which held to tradition and ended in the early hours of the morning.

June 2007
Despite some delays we were finally able to get back in the studio to do some much needed ADR on the film. This was also an opportunity to write some of the voice overs that had not quite hit the mark.
